Refund policy
At Addict Cart, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a Refund & Replacement Policy to address your concerns.
Conditions for Refund & Replacement:
Video Requirement: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must send us a video of the product they received on our WhatsApp or email within 3 hours of receiving the delivery. This video helps us assess the condition of the product and expedite the resolution process.
Exclusions: Please note that empty lighters cases are not covered under this policy. Due to restrictions imposed by couriers on flammable substances such as fuel and butane gases, customers are required to fill the lighters on their own.
Request Submission: Customers must submit their request for return or replacement via email (contact@addictcart.com) or WhatsApp ((+91) 9356807053) within 3 days of receiving the product.
Delivery Charges: In the case of a replacement, customers are responsible for paying the delivery charges. For refunds, the delivery charges will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
